by SMITH wants to satisfy every customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, all tags attached and a copy of your invoice with reason for return within 10 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange, credit or refund. We do not reimburse shipping fees ever and charge a $10 restocking fee. Items received after 10 days, within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise that is found to be DAMAGED OR WORN MAY NOT BE SUBJECT FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR PARTIAL REFUND. Returns for exchange, credit, or refund will not be accepted after 30 days. Upon receiving your returned garment we will send a confirmation email that issues your credit or refund. On sale items you may not return or exchange. If the purchase was a gift, you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or more value and we will charge you the difference.
